It starts with a phone call. A realtor indicates that her clients are prepared to make an offer on their dream home, but first, their existing property must be prepped & staged for sale. There’s just one problem: ten years of clutter met with pressing day-to-day priorities! Enter: Square One.

Inventory & Assessment
A loving home often embodies a lot. Sometimes a lotta lot. The first step towards “clutter redemption” is a shame-free, whole-home walkthrough alongside one of our Staging Consultants. Together, we will determine the gravity of the situation…

Marching Orders
Here, our Staging Consultant prescribes a detailed set of “marching orders” for our skilled Professional Organizers, while the realtor offers guidance towards achieving maximum value from the sale of their clients’ residence. The objective: a clutter-free home worthy of showcasing on the market.

Game Time
Armed with tape, sharpies, and compassion, our team of Professional Organizers methodically and skillfully works side-by-side with the family to declutter each area and rearrange the home as prescribed. We leave you with a maintenance plan for peace in the process. Simple and effective.

Postmortem
Mission accomplished! We’re all dead-tired, but the burden has been lifted and there is much to celebrate in Square One’s realm at a job well done. The family is thriving with a beautiful, picture-ready house on the market and only the essentials to maintain. We’re honored to have walked the journey.
