Nice to meet you! I’m Avonelle. I have a heart to walk alongside people who have challenges in life and through transition. One of my greatest joys is being outdoors…. best therapy ever! I also enjoy working for a pain clinic in Thornton as an X-ray Technician, where I am blessed to help people through their pain relief journey.

When I met Lori, I was most concerned about finding someone who could be non-judgmental and gentle. Lori is this and a lot more. I was moving from one apartment to another and I was overwhelmed both by the chaotic state of my apartment and the fact that there was a documented concern about mold that was affecting my health. I needed someone to help to sort and throw away, move and then clean what was worth keeping. To top it off, I have some executive function challenges/disability that puts me in a place where I have to trust the help I've hired all the more.
Lori was able to move forward with confidence, despite my not knowing exactly what help I needed. She help me arrange for hourly movers, and communicated with them about what needed to go and what needed to stay when they showed up. She has a really good way of taking the reins but not taking over, and is very willing to hand the reins back. Back and forth. Above all, I value her deft sense of intuition about how to help someone else, and her deep sincerity that there is no shame in needing help, and there is no shame in starting from where you are, no matter how others or you yourself may judge your starting place. Starting is the important part, not the place you're starting from.
